Ductile iron (65-45-12, 80-55-06) provides enhanced tensile strength, yield strength, and impact resistance with good ductility, making it less brittle than gray iron. Conversely, our Magnesium Die Casting services utilize alloys like AZ91D, which is celebrated for being the lightest of all structural metals. Magnesium components offer an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, good stiffness, and excellent machinability.
