Alloy Steel Flanges
Our alloy steel flanges, primarily ASTM A217 WC6 and WC9 grades, offer superior mechanical properties with tensile strength of 485-760 MPa and yield strength of 275 MPa minimum. These materials demonstrate excellent high-temperature performance, good creep resistance, and enhanced corrosion resistance compared to standard carbon steels, making them ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
Carbon Steel Flanges
We produce carbon steel flanges using ASTM A216 WCB grade, providing reliable performance with tensile strength of 485-655 MPa and yield strength of 250 MPa minimum. The material offers good weldability, excellent impact strength at service temperatures, and reliable performance in various industrial environments while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Stainless Steel Flanges
Our stainless steel flanges utilize 304, 316, and 316L grades, offering exceptional corrosion resistance with tensile strength of 515 MPa minimum. The 316 and 316L grades, containing 2-3% molybdenum, provide superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments, ensuring long-term reliability in aggressive media applications.
