Intro: For heavy-duty trucks and industrial power generators, a cracked manifold leads to power loss, increased emissions, and costly downtime. At Dandong Pengxin Machinery, we implement a "Zero Defect" policy backed by multi-stage quality control.
1. Air Leakage Testing
Every single manifold undergoes a pressure test. We utilize air-pressure rigs to ensure the casting and machined surfaces are 100% airtight. Even a microscopic pinhole can lead to catastrophic failure under turbo-charged pressures, which is why we test every piece, not just samples.
2. Advanced Dimensional Inspection (CMM)
A manifold is only as good as its fitment. Using state-of-the-art CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), we verify every critical dimension against the customer's technical drawing. We specifically focus on the flatness of the mating surfaces and the precise location of mounting holes to ensure an effortless installation for the end-user.

3. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Beyond the surface, we look for internal integrity. We use Ultrasonic and Magnetic Particle Testing to detect internal micro-cracks or inclusions that are invisible to the naked eye. This is critical for parts that undergo thousands of heating and cooling cycles.
4. Full Traceability
Following IATF 16949 standards, each part is assigned a unique traceability code. This allows us to track the material batch, pouring date, and inspection records for the entire lifecycle of the component.
Conclusion: With 67 years of manufacturing history and a 90% export rate to Europe and North America, our quality system is built on international trust and technical excellence.
