We use premium gray cast iron grades (G25-G35) that deliver outstanding mechanical properties and performance characteristics. Our gray iron features a unique flake graphite microstructure that provides natural vibration damping capacity superior to most other metals. The material offers tensile strength ranging from 250-350 MPa and compressive strength 3-4 times higher than its tensile values. This combination ensures excellent wear resistance, good machinability, and reliable performance in various service conditions. The high carbon equivalent (3.9-4.3) ensures excellent castability and consistent microstructure formation.
