Pattern & Core Making: We create precise tooling and sand cores based on your custom design to form the intricate internal water passages and volute.
Sand Casting: We employ advanced sand casting techniques, including furan resin sand, to produce high-integrity castings with excellent surface finish and dimensional accuracy, capturing the complex geometry of the housing.
Heat Treatment: Castings are stress-relieved to ensure dimensional stability and prevent future distortion during operation.
CNC Machining: This is a critical step.
