Iron sand casting is a common metal casting process, mainly used for the production of cast iron parts (such as gray cast iron, ductile iron and so on). We have four iron sand mold casting machines and two FBO III automatic molding lines. Their production capability is 120 sand flasks each hour, 9000 tons each year. Their sand flask size is 605×505×200/200mm. We also introduced one static-pressure automatic molding line, this large production line has sand flask 1000×800×350/300mm, annual production capability 30,000 tons.

Iron Sand Casting

Shell molding is a precision casting process widely used for producing high-quality iron castings (such as gray iron, ductile iron, and compacted graphite iron) with excellent surface finish and dimensional accuracy. The coated sand is heated and filled into the mold to form a casting, and then the molten iron is poured and cooled to get the casting. Production process:
Pattern Preparation→Sand Coating→Mold Formation→Curing→Mold Assembly→Pouring→Cooling & Shakeout.

Iron Shell Casting

Resin sand casting is an advanced foundry process that uses synthetic resin as a binder mixed with sand to produce high-precision molds and cores. It is widely used for casting iron, steel, and non-ferrous metals, particularly for complex and high-surface-quality components. Our factory has introduced two automated casting production lines for resin sand, achieving an annual output of 400,000 tons. Through process standardization and equipment intelligence, large-scale production of high-quality castings has been achieved, which is particularly suitable for the batch demands of industries such as automobiles and hydraulics.

Iron Resin Sand Casting

Aluminum Gravity Casting is a metal casting process where molten aluminum fills a reusable steel mold under gravity force, without external pressure. It is ideal for medium-volume production of high-integrity aluminum parts. As we strive to accomplish our zero-error policy, you can rely on the following process control measures: Mold Preparation→Melting & Pouring →Solidification & Ejection→ Post-Processing. With 20 years of expertise in aluminum gravity die casting, Dandong Pengxin Machinery is ISO 9001/IATF 16949 certified. We deliver high-density, heat-treatable aluminum castings with military-grade quality control, maintaining a defect rate of ≤0.8%.

Aluminum Gravity Casting

High-pressure die casting is a precision metal forming process where molten aluminum is injected under high pressure into a steel mold (die) to produce complex, thin-walled components with excellent dimensional accuracy. Dandong Pengxin– Specialized in precision aluminum HPDC for 18 years, full-service provider up to 2000T machines, achieving ≤0.5% porosity and CT6 dimensional accuracy. We have not only passed the IATF 16949 system certification, but also can customize surface treatments according to customers' requirements, such as anodizing, powder coating and nano-coating.
